Being thankful for my many blessings is what makes me tick.
God, family, my critters, sunshine, flowers, and helping others are a few things that make my heart happy. Favorite Scripture: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13 Favorite Saying: "Lord please keep your arm around my shoulder, and your hand over my mouth” After working shift work for International Paper Company for 22 years in the State of Maine, it sure feels good to be back in the sunshine, and working with a great group that believe in God, and honesty. What I love most about my job, other than the people I work with, is the ability to help others, while doing my job. Getting to know people in my town, and participating in what goes on locally makes me feel needed and worthwhile. What I love most about my life, is being able to look back over the years, and be able to see how God has directed me, even in times where I wasn’t seeking his guidance. He has blessed me in so many ways I can’t name them all. The last thing that really got under my skin… was the election. Regardless of who voted for whom, we need to quit acting like a bunch of spoiled children, and get on with the program. I don’t know about you… but that topic got old months ago. I am an outdoors kind of person that has a hard time being quiet, and sitting still. I love learning new things, some I learn faster than others. I am excited about this new journey in my life, and pray that I can live up to the expectations before me. |
